The LD249 Gas Leak Detector is a portable, handheld device designed for quick and precise gas leak detection.
Equipped with a compact sensor, it uses the difference in thermal conductivity between air and gas to instantly detect leaks, providing alerts via an easy-to-read LCD display and audible alarms.
Thanks to its user-friendly design, the LD249 is ideal for tasks such as detecting leaks during pipe installation or checking for leaks in column connections in gas chromatography.
Unlike traditional methods, such as using Snoop, which increases the risk of contaminating tubes or columns, the LD249 eliminates this risk. This makes it an excellent choice for applications like gas chromatography, where preventing contamination is critical.

With a portable design, you can detect gas leaks easily. Simply place the probe near the detection area for instant confirmation of any leaks.
・Capable of Detecting Various Gases
Not only can it detect gases with a significant difference in thermal conductivity from air, such as helium and carbon dioxide, but it can also detect nitrogen, which has a smaller difference and is more difficult to detect.
・Dual Power Supply Design
In addition to standard battery operation, continuous operation via USB-C power supply is also possible. Even when the batteries run out, you can use it while supplying power from a PC's USB port or a mobile battery.
