The Autotouch Press has fully programmable, microprocessor-controlled, power-assisted hydraulics for ease-of-use and repeatability.
It also boasts a small footprint, ergonomic design and low noise characteristic. Its ease-of-use makes this hydraulic press appropriate for both lab and industrial environments.
The Atlas™ Series Autotouch Automatic Hydraulic Press, is available in 8 Ton, 15 Ton, 25 Ton and 40 Ton load configurations.
Specac offer the only high throughput benchtop press with a truly automated pressing cycle, designed for customers who regularly use XRF analysis in industries such as mining, cement, metals, and all other.
Use the touch screen controls to program your load, then anybody can apply the load with consistency. Easy-to-set step within programs in an intuitive interface that adapts to the type of die in use, Apex or Standard die.
The Autotouch automatic press features a LED multilingual touchscreen.
Once the pressing load is set, minimal training is required and no pressure is applied without the safety guard lowered, for safety considerations. This helps to improve the throughput of your XRF sample preparation.
This manual pellet press is ideal for sample preparation for XRF analysis. All manual presses are available in 15 and 25 ton load configurations, but can be used as a 0-1, 0-2 or 0-5 tons with a lower tonnage gauge kit if required. The press is intended for a wide range sample types. It has a compact, small footprint design making it perfect for bench-top applications. Get in touch to try or buy this manual hydraulic press.
The easy-to-read dual scale gauge is calibrated in both UK imperial tons and metric tons and an adjustable pressure control value allows reproducible load for repetitive applications.
XRF pellets and other spectroscopy sample preparation – the atlas manual hydraulic press is an essential piece of equipment for XRF sample preparation.
A range of conversion gauges (0-1, 0-2 and 0-5 Tons) are available for low pressure applications.
The P6 Planetary Ball Mill is a high-performance bench-top grinding mill for XRF applications. Fitted with a single grinding bowl and user-friendly design, the P6 is easy to operate in the field and in the lab.
The P6 offers users high-energy effect of up to 650 rpm with loss free grinding. It has the advantage of high grinding performance with extremely low space requirements. Typically, 5 minutes of grinding is enough to make perfect powders suitable for pellet pressing for XRF analysis.
Outside of XRF the P6 is well suited for perfect mixing of powders, liquids and emulsions, as well as mechanical alloying of metals and other solids.
